This 15-minute stretch can be used either first thing in the morning to get your blood pumping or as you let your mind settle in the evening to help you rest.
This meditation is to help you deal with the grief or sense of loss that you might be experiencing in your life. Its impact can be very great and also necessary in your daily living since we will all deal with loss and grief at some point in our journey. This is a RAIN meditation, and I offer it to you with kindness and compassion to allow you to become aware of some of the emotions you might be holding onto in your body that you might want to release to continue moving forward with your grief.
This 40+ minute yoga stretch will help ease any tense muscles, whether you're a runner or not.
